Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting, developing, and organizing a workable multi-craft maintenance schedule in eTPU in conjunction with the Gatekeeper. This role also supports contractor scheduling and material invoicing. It ensures that documentation is properly maintained and organized and work order closure is correct and efficient. This role is a back-up for the planner, specifically the receiving and kitting of procured material. Primary Responsibilities: - Confirm time entry from previous days? schedule into SAP - Pick up completed PMs, closed out work orders & enter results and file- Update and revise current PMs - Notification and Work Order closure history - Create notifications/work orders/requisitions/service entries on contractor invoices- Verify vendors are in PICS and approved before requisitioning. - Close Web cycles for parts and services- Validate daily schedule by conducting afternoon check-ins with Gatekeeper, Maintenance supervisor and others. Determine the status of current day's work and confirmation of next day activities.- Create daily maintenance schedule with Gatekeeper and post- Call from SAP new PMs for current month- Credit card reconciling QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge and Experience Required - Minimum of 2 years? experience in scheduling maintenance work utilizing scheduling software.- Advance abilities in SAP and Microsoft office. - Strong ability to communicate and interact with outside vendors as well as with all levels of internal management. - Strong team, customer focus, results orientation with self-motivation skills - Organizational Awareness and Attention to Detail. Desirable Qualifications:- Formal maintenance scheduling training preferred - Experience in facilitating a Preventative maintenance program using SAP
