Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, TRP provides roadway marking and traffic control solutions primarily to state and local government end-customers, whom it serves either directly or through general contractors. TRP's core offering focuses on recurring maintenance projects to maintain the safety of America's roadways, and primarily uses thermoplastics, waterborne paint and high-performance tape for center line, edge line and lane line markings. The Company has a broad and diverse footprint, with operations in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama, and has successfully provided pavement marking and traffic control services to more than 5,000 highway infrastructure projects, including complex urban interchanges, rural roadways, tollways, bridges, and city/county thoroughfares. TRP is majority owned by Arlington Capital Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm based in Washington, DC.
Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with heavy highway construction experience and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation experience, ideally NetSuite implementation. This role will be responsible for overall project execution. The ideal candidate will manage the project's timeline, budget, and scope, ensuring the system meets our business needs. This role is fast paced working with a company in growth-mode and where digital transformation is a priority.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and define the priorities to support business needs within the NetSuite ERP and enterprise apps.
Manager the full lifecycle if the NetSuite ERP implementation ensuing the project remains within the defined scope, on-budget, and on-schedule.
Manage production issues, triage, and recommend solutions for long term fixes.
Create and maintain the project timeline; provide status updates to all involved parties.
Establish and maintain project controls to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address those risks.
Good grasp of Procure to Pay, Order to Delivery, and Order to Cash business cycles.
Create and modify custom user roles to control access to information in the software.
Manage the finance group related feature enhancements and new product selection.
Engage in ERP technology and operational due diligence.
Skills/Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of heavy highway construction experience.
5+ years of project management experience.
ERP implementation experience preferred, preferably NetSuite.
Strong communications skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
Forward thinking, ability to identify problems and develop a resolution.
Finance application implementation experience using enterprise apps.
Strong business acumen, lead and make decisions under pressure.
