Job Number 674252BR Description:We are Lockheed Martin Program Manager - Level 5 This position within the F-16/F-22 Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) will serve as Program Manager in support of F-16 Mods and Sustainment programs for various programs in Europe and the Middle East. What You Will Be Doing This role will have primary customer and end user interface with numerous customers across multiple countries for F-16 modification and sustainment programs and provide oversight in all related regions. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher with related experience, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience managing and allocating resources to meet contractual commitments, milestones, and budgets.
• Experience capturing, building, and maintaining strong internal and/or external customer relationships.
• Experience leading geographically diverse teams.
Desired Skills:
• Program/Project Management experience - to include knowledge such as Baselining, Earned Value Management Systems, Risk and Opportunity Management, Critical Path Methodology, Systems Engineering and System Integration, and Product Life Cycle.
• Ability to support both CONUS and OCONUS travel.
• Experience or familiarity with the F-16 aircraft and associated missions and/or other Lockheed Martin Aeronautics aircraft platform
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional, cross-organization team that includes sub-contractors, other BUs and USG agencies
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret customer requirements
• Proposal development/requirements development experience
• Strong effective leadership skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
