Responsibilities:
About The Role:

The Digital Technology Services Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing Digital and Marketing technology service performance, assets, vendor oversight and due diligence and cost optimization of Digital technology spend. This role involves conducting vendor analysis, optimizing vendor relationships to ensure the best value and performance for the Digital and Marketing organization. This role will have a part of implementing strategies to enhance vendor efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying cost-saving opportunities of digital platforms and participating in the cost optimization strategies, and collaborating with various departments to coordinate implement these strategies. The analyst will also monitor and report on cost optimization initiatives to ensure they align with the company's financial goals. In this role you will:

Analyze technology costs and identify areas for cost optimization and make recommendations for improvements or replacements

Develop and maintain an inventory of all Digital and Marketing technology assets

Monitor compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance and quality metrics are met

Conduct regular audits of Digital technology assets and vendor performance

Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations

Collaborate with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies

Participate in platform resiliency review of Digital and Marketing technologies

Handle vendor-related disputes and escalate issues as necessary

Conduct regular audits of technology platforms ensure compliance to entitlements

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for technology vendors

Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations departments to ensure smooth collaboration with vendors

Research any issues and problems with vendors and escalate as needed and follow through resolution

Work with internal customers to execute Digital and Marketing service initiatives

Audit Digital and Marketing vendors and consultants to ensure compliance to company policies and processes

Qualifications:

Experience in conducting technology audits for licensing compliance to entitlements

Experience in analyzing and optimizing Digital and Marketing technology service performance

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Digital and Marketing service strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using technical asset management tools and knowledge of various software

Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation

Proven ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve digital technology service goals

Additional certifications in digital technology, IT asset management, service management, or related areas are a plus

Continuous education and professional development are encouraged to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

0-2 years experience in digital technology services, technical vendor management, asset management, or a related field required
