TInkBird is actively seeking a Permanent NP Primary Care for a position in El Paso, TX

Schedule:

M-F 8-5

1x month Saturday rotation

No call

No admin hours

Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver primary and preventive health services ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations under indirect physician supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and document patient care, including interviews, exams, treatments, and prescriptions.

Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection.

Assess the need for specialist referrals and determine the urgency of follow-ups.

Consult with supervising physicians as needed.

Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.

Maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Ages: 3 and up

Patient Volume: 4+- per hour

Requirements:

Accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree

AANP Certification

Unrestricted Texas medical license, DEA, and Texas DPS Certification

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Strong medical knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

This role may require working at multiple locations within the El Paso region.

Travel time roughly 20 minutes between clinics.
