Job description

Job Summary
Manages and maintains the non-profit organization's data systems. Collaborates with various departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, while also contributing to the organization's data-driven decision-making processes.

Skills
1. Strong knowledge of database systems, data management best practices, and data analysis tools.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and experience with database software, such as Salesforce or SQL Server.
3. Strong ability to organize work priorities and meet specific objectives under time constraints.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, technical, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff, board members, and external stakeholders.
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Strong commitment to the mission and values of the nonprofit organization.

Work Experience
Three years of experience in data management or database administration, preferably within a nonprofit organization.

License/Registration/Certification
Certification in office management preferred.

Education and Training
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management or a related field required. Bachelor degree preferred.
