Job summary:

The VP, Business Platform Adoption will play a critical role in driving the development and adoption of sales tools within the Life Insurance industry. With a focus on understanding field needs and collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams, the ideal candidate will lead the creation of innovative tools tailored to meet the demands of Integrity product users. Responsibilities include assisting in reporting requirements, obtaining carrier approval, managing relationships with carriers, and ensuring adoption of best-in-class platforms. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technology, a deep understanding of MLM and ILI industry dynamics, and the ability to think critically and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Let's talk job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop tools tailored to field needs, and drive awareness, training, and adoption among Integrity product users
  • Assist reporting team and IT in developing reporting requirements and defining data collection methods
  • Partner with IT, VP Carrier Relations, and Business Units to develop and manage IMO website and tools to migrate partners from other IMO relationships
  • Manage relationships with carriers, focusing on marketing, training, and adoption of Integrity products
  • Determine incentive programs to drive adoption and results
  • Ensure adoption of the best overall platforms for the success of Integrity
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and provide solutions to close them
  • Manage budget effectively and identify opportunities for cost savings within the organization
  • Demonstrate a hunger for growth within a fast-paced, high-growth organization, making decisions quickly to drive success.
Your experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and technology within the Life Industry
  • Extensive knowledge of sales processes and technologies, with a focus on understanding and meeting field needs for tech requirements
  • Proven track record of collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop and implement effective tools and strategies
  • Experience in obtaining carrier approval for product usage and conducting demos and reporting results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive results with a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong understanding of MLM and ILI industry dynamics
  • Cross product experience between Medicare and Life insurance
