Offer Based on Years of Experience

Critical change management position to support AccentCare initiatives for the next 12-18 months, upon completion will shift focus depending on org needs.

Prosci Change Management Certification and/or Certified Change Management Professional - CCMP strongly preferred

Ability to Travel 25%

What You Need to Know:

The Senior Director of Change Management will lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support major business initiatives within Home Health (HH) and AccentCare (AC). This role will focus on aligning change initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring integration of all people-related engagement activities. Reporting to the Chief, the Sr. Director will work closely with senior leaders and project teams to deliver results. This role does not have direct reports but will oversee HR leaders on the project team.

Qualifications:

Be the Best Senior Director of Change Management You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

10+ years of related experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Skills:

Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional - CCMP) preferred.

Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong background in managing large-scale transformations.
