We are looking for an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager with a highlighted focus on data center, mission critical and manufacturing projects to join their new office in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The successful candidate will have experience in managing all phases of a construction project, both ground-up and renovations.

Description

A successful Data Center Construction Project Manager will:

  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Profile

A successful Data Center Construction Project Manager would have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred
  • Experience leading and assisting on data center and mission critical construction projects
  • Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
  • Success driven
  • Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
