Ability to work effectively as a dependable and collaborative team member
Ability to providing effective, efficient, friendly service to all customers
Routine analysis of tracer activity and working proactively to avoid further mishandling's
Daily compilation of statistical data for analysis of baggage performance reports
Ability to update and/or produce complex spreadsheets of statistical data daily, for analysis and report
Generation of baggage performance
Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain productivity
Self motivation with a high degree of curiosity for the investigation of discrepancies
Ability to assist and provide direction to TWU Crew Chiefs and clerks during Irregular Operations events
Strong analytical/problem solving, collaboration and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation of analyzed data within assigned deadlines
Ability to provide oversight at customs for movement of bags to reduce tracers and identify and report issues for corrective action
Highly developed ability to comprehend and explain the contributing factors to baggage mishandling's relative to airline industry dynamics to team members and management
Ability to communicate department data to internal customers
Highly developed interpersonal, communication, report writing, as well as, organizational skills
Highly developed sense of operational awareness and quick response time to issues
Ability to anticipate projects or operational requirement and take action - without waiting to be told what to do
Assists management in projects as needed. Conducts baggage operations observations and audits of bags in carts and carousels
Attend meetings with Envoy management and/or with airport, AA and other airlines as a representative of Envoy Air, Inc.

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Cognitive skills to gather/analyze data and convert the data into graphs and charts.
Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
Must understand field operations and the ability to apply that knowledge in completing assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively with management both orally and in written reports.
Must be self-managed/report to work on a regular and timely basis
Advance knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint is required.
Typing Skill 45-50 + WPM
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
Must be comfortable working with computers and ability to learn new computer programs
A valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license may be required to work in some locations
Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days off
Must be flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
Must be customer focused, detail oriented, and interested about the airline industry
Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
Bilingual (Preferred)
Must be able to perform job functions under, sometimes, stressful conditions beyond employee's control while attempting to influence favorable impression of the Company.
May be subjected to engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust and engine noise.
Must perform job functions in variable weather conditions as well as environmental conditions.
Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment.
