We are looking for a self-reliant and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure. As the IT support professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-notch support to end-users. This role requires a broad skill set, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.

Certifications (preferred):
o CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
o Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or similar.
