Work Schedule: 4 Days On-Site, 1 Day Remote
Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a growing PE-backed company in the DFW Metro Area, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Manager of FP&A will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, providing critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in shaping the company's financial strategy and aligning it with growth and operational objectives. The candidate is expected to work on-site 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support business strategy and decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and support long-term financial planning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing variance analysis and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
Support the company's capital allocation decisions through scenario analysis, ROI assessments, and investment prioritization.
Assist in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning, when applicable.
Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Manager of FP&A or in a senior financial analyst role, ideally in a private equity-backed or high-growth company.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong experience providing financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.
Familiarity with M&A activities and related financial analysis is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on experience.
