Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Director, Global Salesforce Platform to lead and manage the development, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce Platform across the organization on a global scale. This role is critical to ensuring that Salesforce is fully leveraged to meet the global business needs of various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Salesforce CRM and related technologies, with a proven track record of driving business transformation through cloud-based platforms across multiple regions and countries.

As the IT Director for the Global Salesforce Platform, you will oversee a team of Salesforce professionals and work closely with cross-functional business leaders to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem is optimized, scalable, and aligned with the strategic goals of the company globally. You will be responsible for the governance, customization, integration, and performance of Salesforce across multiple regions, ensuring best practices are followed and that the platform delivers high value to the business worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the global Salesforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ongoing innovation in Salesforce capabilities across multiple regions.

• Platform Governance: Oversee the governance of the global Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements in all operating countries.

• Customization and Optimization: Lead the customization of Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements on a global scale, enhancing the platform's usability and performance.

• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems and applications globally, including ERP, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms, using tools like MuleSoft for integration.

• Salesforce E-Commerce & NetZero: Provide leadership and expertise in the implementation and management of Salesforce E-Commerce and NetZero

solutions on a global scale, ensuring these platforms integrate smoothly with existing systems and deliver high business value.

• Product & Architecture Knowledge: Possess deep product and architecture knowledge, with a focus on global Salesforce platform capabilities, including a thorough understanding of integration with third-party applications using MuleSoft and other integration platforms.

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a global team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, ensuring high performance, skill development, and alignment with business needs across multiple regions.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with Salesforce and other third-party vendors globally to ensure optimal performance, support, and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize and implement Salesforce initiatives worldwide.

• Project Management: Oversee Salesforce-related IT projects globally, from inception to completion, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and performance improvements.

• Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure data integrity within the global Salesforce platform and develop reporting mechanisms that provide insights for business decision-making across all regions.

• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay up to date with Salesforce product updates and emerging technologies on a global scale. Advocate for and implement best practices in Salesforce administration, development, and integration globally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years of direct experience managing Salesforce platforms globally.

• Proven experience in the implementation and management of Salesforce E-Commerce and NetZero solutions globally, with in-depth knowledge of architecture and integration best practices across multiple regions.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and related Salesforce products with global implementation experience.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, data security, and compliance best practices, especially in a global operating environment.

• Experience managing system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using integration platforms like MuleSoft on a global scale.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading global Salesforce development and administration teams.

• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex global projects to successful completion.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders globally.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
