We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, including Netgear, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, and Arista firewalls, across multiple office locations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Network Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including Netgear, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, and Arista firewalls.

Security: Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Monitor network traffic for security issues and respond to threats.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and updates.

Support: Provide technical support and guidance to staff across all office locations, including remote troubleshooting and on-site assistance as needed.

Upgrades: Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to support business growth and technological advancements.

Compliance: Ensure network operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support overall IT infrastructure and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration, with specific experience managing Netgear, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, and Arista firewalls.

Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.

Proficiency in firewall management and network security.
