Location: Austin, TX Payrate: $15/HR Shift: 3pm-11pm Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and receiving goods while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Picking: Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications, ensuring the correct products and quantities are chosen. Packing: Safely pack products for shipment, ensuring items are secure and properly labeled. Receiving: Assist with the unloading and inspection of incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and quality. Inventory Management: Help maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper organization of stock. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills for order verification. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus but will provide training. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
