Company: Building autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles

Opportunity: Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to ramp up manufacturing and production of their aircraft.

Requirements: You have at least 6+ years working in a fast paced startup environment with 2+ years of production ramp up experience.

Requirements

Core responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to comprehend ambitious manufacturing objectives and priorities.

Partner with engineering and production departments to assess the current statuses of CAD, system/sub-system assembly, in-house capabilities, etc.

Coordinate project schedules involving various stakeholders

Create a comprehensive production line and supply chain design for aircraft manufacturing.

Take charge of coordinating design releases and modifications, managing configuration management.

Establish direct relationships with contract manufacturers, from sourcing to oversight of relationships and deliverables.

Implement processes for quality assurance and issue tracking.

Oversee inventory management and inbound/outbound shipments

Hold direct responsibility for production output

Expand and supervise the production team as demand grows

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Manufacturing

2+ years of experience in production ramp up

6+ years working in a fast paced environment

Experience with program management

Experience with PLM/PLD systems

Experience with ERP inventory management

Understanding of engineering drawings and documentation
