Job description

Will be responsible for below activities.

• Participate in requirements analysis, review design specifications including high- level and low-level architecture design.
• Review User requirements in detail to ensure requirements are clear.
• Facilitate successful release of system enhancements and new functionalities from Development to Production.
• Support project management, release management and knowledge management.
• Manage and execute sustaining enhancement projects and production issues to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to Senior management.
• Facilitate project related testing, rollouts and validate user expectations are met during testing.
• Create templates for UAT best practices and gather and incorporate lessons learned to improve test planning and execution for future releases.
• Conduct trainings on operational tools and processes with internal and external partners.
• Manage deployment, cutover and readiness activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and create test data for running UAT Tests.
• Perform execution of detailed test plans to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements.
• Create and maintain test reports and perform project status reporting, defect tracking and risk assessments.
• Co-ordinate with project managers, business analysts, development teams, operation teams and production support teams to deliver a solid platform for Business Users to conduct UAT.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to test, build and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions.
• Create release process documentation to minimize customer impact during system and process changes.
• Manage end-to-end UAT activities including UAT Management, Team co-ordination and communication.
• Co-ordinate Smoke testing prior to running the UAT and co-ordinate Sanity testing post running the UAT to ensure system stability.
• Facilitate triage calls and drive issues to resolution with Business Users to get closure on UAT issues.
• Create and maintain overall knowledge repository for the Team for both system and process changes.

• Managing end-to-end project management including coordinating UAT activities - 10%
• Managing project risks, performing risk assessment and draft contingency plans - 10%
• Monitoring overall progress and initiating corrective actions when necessary - 10%
• Lead cross-functional teams to test, build and roll-out software enhancements - 10%
• Support project management, release management and knowledge management - 10%
