The position:The Resident Relations manager is responsible for ensuring the resident needs are addressed through coordination of onsite activities, work requests, and maintaining current resident contact information.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that new resident(s) receive all resident documents and keys as well as an introduction to staff and other residents

Educate all residents on procedure to place a service request and assist when necessary

Actively address resident concerns and serve as a point of contact for residents and their families

Build ongoing relationships with residents and families

Coordinate services and support systems for residents and family members

Keep all resident and family email lists current and maintain communication through regular contact

Send timely updates to residents on activities in our community

Participate and aid in planning on-site resident events

Assist property staff in all duties related to HUD recertifications and daily operations

Meet and greet prospective residents as well as touring them through the community

Ensure all events planned are within budgeted guidelines

Assist with any other tasks, as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or experience in apartment leasing

A minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related industry

Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
