Job description

If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal in Austin specialized in patents, APPLY HERE! This position will support attorneys with various tasks across the patent litigation lifecycle.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Assist in case management and manage all phases of discovery and trial preparation.

• Assist trial support for large-scale productions and reviews.

• Prepare for and attend depositions and trials

• Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Maintain and organize client patent files, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of experience as a patent paralegal

• 3+years of experience in litigation in federal district court

• Strong understanding of the litigation process.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
