Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated partner success manager to support our growing Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) Partner Success Team in efforts to accelerate the scale the success of our partner ecosystem. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow biggest priorities - Generative AI. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to ServiceNow partners, helping them develop and grow their ServiceNow Practices with Now Assist. You'll work closely with partners to enhance their AI skills, track quality metrics through KPIs, and deliver insights on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking partner implementation status of Now Assist engagements

Collaborate across teams to implement strategies to help partners grow their Now Assist practices

Ensure partners have access to relevant resources, tools and training on Now Assist

Maintain visibility into partner engagements with Generative AI opportunities

Develop and report key metrics around partner AI practices, identifying gaps and growth areas

What will the interview process look like?

Will interview with me, hiring manager and 2 others (1 colleage and 1 direct report)

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in partner management or sales delivery, with a focus on AI or software solution

SaaS/Software Industry experience with background in ServiceNow technologies and Generative AI domain knowledge

Ability to build partnerships with partner executives and ecosystem leaders

Demonstrated track record as a strategic thinker - able to work in the details and grasp the 'big picture'

Energetic self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high-growth environment
