Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Multifamily Account Manager to join our team. As a Multifamily Account Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flooring projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising installation teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multifamily clients, architects, and contractors
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to expand the company's multifamily footprint
  • Present flooring solutions tailored to meet the client's needs and project specifications
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial client engagement to final delivery, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in multifamily sales, preferably in the flooring or building materials industry
  • Strong understanding of flooring products, installation processes, and market demands
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with multifamily clients
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
