Alaant Workforce Solutions is partnering with our client who specializes in automation process controls, and factory automation industry hiring for an Inside Sales/Estimator to join their growing team!

The Inside Sales/Estimator leads the project estimation effort and prepares a proposal document that clearly describes the scope and prices of our various services. must be able to work in a fast-changing and dynamic sales environment. Communication skills are a must, and keeping all team members updated on progress throughout the project life cycle.

Hours and Benefits for the Inside Sales/Estimator role:

Monday- Friday regular business hours

Base salary between $65,000-$75,000 with an incentive program.

Responsibilities for the Inside Sales/Estimator role:

You will have direct contact with customers and engineering firms along with internal sales and marketing teams.

Perform material and labor take-offs from construction specifications and plans.

Interface with suppliers to secure quotes.

You will play a crucial role in project proposals, such as pricing, written proposals, cost review, and interaction with engineering.

Scheduling and leading review meetings with management in support of bid date deadlines.

Participate in project handoff's

Attend weekly sales team meetings and report on estimation progress on projects.

Research and identify new business development opportunities.

Requirements for the Inside Sales/Estimator role:

AAS Business or Marketing degree is preferred

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales and estimation role.

The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
