Job Description

Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service

Maintain a professional presentation at all times

Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards as specified for In Room Dining.

Assist employees as needed to ensure the best possible service.

Ensure all special events and amenities are properly presented in accordance with guest and hotel specifications and standards.

Maintain established controls for stock with pars and orders.

Enforce Security controls (keys, lockdown, etc.) to include control of beverage stock.

Assign side work and record attendance.

Inspect staff as to uniforms, cleanliness, identification, etc.

Ensure a safe working environment for employees.

Supervise all In Room Dining colleagues
