About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hourly Manager for our new restaurant in Research, 1275. As the Hourly Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to the team to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and that all guests leave satisfied with their experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field

Experience opening a new restaurant

Experience with training and development of staff

Experience with inventory management and cost control

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant

Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure exceptional service

Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills:
