Job Description:
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a F&B Operations Manager for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

To ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel. To deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. The F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for managing Nopales Resraurant, Room Service, and may assist in other retail or F&B outlets as needed. The Manager is expected to work with staff to create an exceptional customer experience and strive to resolve difficult problems that arise with guests, associates, and the hotel operation while keeping a fun engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Consistently ensures the maximum guest experience in Nopales Restaurant and Room Service department.
Monitor dining rooms seating availability, service, safety, cleanliness and well being of restaurant outlets.
Responsible for hiring, scheduling, ordering according to the needs of the overall hotel operation
Drive supplemental offerings during busy times and have a strategic plan in place
Supervises the floor staff during operation
Ensures that service personnel follow guest engagement service scenarios
Monitors timing of guest experience
Handles all guest complaints to the guests' satisfaction
Maintains consistency in the operation
Familiar with clients so that there is a constant recognition of all repeat guests
Maintains the physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant
Ensures the staff's uniforms and appearance meet Omni Hotels & Resorts policy and standards
Constantly performs positive up-selling techniques with service staff
Stay on the floor during peak hours.
Teaches and trains to our service standards.
Knows and adheres to all company policies and procedures
Knows emergency procedures
Performs any and all other duties assigned and/or required by management
Responsible for restocking, ordering, and maintaining inventory in all areas
Qualifications:
Must have two or more years of management experience in a similar, high quality Food and Beverage establishment.
Must have a flexible schedule and is required to work a variety of shifts including morning and evenings, as well as, weekends and holidays
Must have experience in budget control, inventory, training of personnel, problem resolution, decision making, and multitasking
