Work Schedule: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing PE-backed company in the Austin, Texas Metro Area, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role is critical to aligning the company's financial goals with its growth strategy. The candidate will work on-site 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and support long-term financial planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, delivering variance analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
Support capital allocation decisions by conducting scenario analysis, ROI assessments, and investment prioritization.
Assist in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial modeling.
Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Manager of FP&A or in a senior financial analyst role, preferably in a PE-backed or high-growth environment.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong ability to provide financial insights that support executive-level decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Experience with M&A and related financial analysis is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Base salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on experience.
