We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining HR processes for the Support Services Team and HRBPs. This role is integral to ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to employees across all levels.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support the US HRBP Team with HR Administrative functions including the processing of forms for signature, etc.

Serve as a backup to the Talent Administrator in the coordination of interviews, onboardings, background checks, etc.

Administratively support HR in compliance matters such as employee handbooks, contracts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Organize and maintain HR files and documentation, ensuring they are up to date and compliant.

Assist in coordinating employee training sessions, workshops, and company events.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports (including PowerPoint presentations), and managing HR correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma.

Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities along with multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Customer service-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong ethics and understanding of confidentiality requirements in HR and the ability to handle with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Previous experience in an administrative role within HR.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
