Overview:
Purpose: The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Behavioral Innovation's autism diagnosing practice, which operates across six locations in multiple states. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional patient experiences from intake through post-diagnosis, optimizing scheduling, and driving financial performance through process improvement. The Practice Manager will lead an administrative team dedicated to supporting the practice's growth and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily functions of the practice, ensuring smooth operations across all locations. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Lead, train, and develop the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure staff meet performance expectations.

Ensure a seamless patient journey from initial intake through post-diagnosis follow-up. Address patient concerns and feedback to continually improve service quality.

Monitor and manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting. Drive revenue growth through effective scheduling and resource management.

Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage patient scheduling and appointment flow, optimizing the use of clinic resources and staff.

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and reporting.

Oversee billing and insurance processes, ensuring timely claims submission and payment collection.

Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to grow the patient base.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with leadership to set goals and objectives for the practice, aligning with the organization's overall mission and vision.

Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multi-location setting. Experience in managing autism or behavioral health services is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Expectations:

Achieve a high level of patient satisfaction, with metrics tracked and reported monthly.

Meet or exceed financial performance goals, including revenue and cost management targets.

Implement process improvements that reduce costs and improve patient flow and care quality.

Ensure all locations adhere to applicable regulations and standards, maintaining compliance and reducing risk.
