Your Responsibilities Will Be:

The Associate, IT ERP Specialist, is responsible for providing support to internal and external users to use CECO's ERP effectively to fulfill business objectives. The Associate, IT ERP Specialist will assist other IT ERP Specialists with system upgrades, conduct testing, and user-training. The Associate, IT ERP Specialist is expected to evaluate, respond, and troubleshoot ERP application issues in a timely, professional, and concise manner. Through thorough detail-orientation and proactive problem solving the Specialist will bridge business operations and software.

Required Qualifications:

Required bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

3 years' experience with an ERP in a manufacturing environment specifically D365 F and O is required.

Experience working with operations teams to gather system requirements.

Familiarity with supply chain management and international logistics is a plus.

Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills with customer service experience and an ability to work across disciplines and in diverse locations internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of agile development methodologies and hands on with Azure DevOps.

Dynamics 365 certifications in Trade & Logistics, Production, and Shop Floor Control preferred

Dynamics 365 certifications in Finance, Human Resources, and Project Accounting a plus

ADA Requirements (For U.S. positions only):

Positions in this function typically require typing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job. Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers' facilities is required to monitor active projects and address design issues.

Compliance with company attendance standards.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
