Hospital: TriStar Centennial Medical Center Location: Nashville, TN 37203 Address: 2300 Patterson St. Unit Name: Cath Lab Building: Tower 3 rd Floor Cost Center: 746 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 3 Cath Labs, 1 Peripheral Vascular Cath Lab, 3 EP Labs, 1 Hybrid OR Patient Ratios : 3 staff per patient Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Boardrunner and 1 expeditor Type of equipment : GE and Philips fluoro, Merge Hemo, Acist injectors, Impella, IABP, Biosense Webster and St. Jude in EP Documentation system: Merge Hemo Scheduling requirements: 4 x 10 hour shifts 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Floating policy: No floating Patient Experience requirements: Patient transport and prepping Hospital Specifics- Certifications: For CV Techs- RCIS and/or RT(R)- only one required Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Monitor and scrub interventional cardiac procedures; monitor and scrub peripheral vascular procedures; prefer circulating and monitoring experience in EP Must have : Advanced skills needed: Prefer CTO, ECMO, Endovascular, Structural Heart but not required Procedures performed on unit: Diagnostic/Interventional heart caths and endovascular. EP- pacemaker, ICD, and ablation experience a plus. Certifications Required: RCIS or RT(R) with cath lab experience Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs- can wear what they have; unit colors are galaxy blue, red, white, black Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
