Job description

We are currently searching for a PE in Tennessee that has Roadway Experience, looking for the next step in their career and ready to lead a team!

Job Description:

• Serve as the senior level engineering technical expert, responsible for transportation planning and design for our Tennessee locations.
• Develop Teams for project pursuits; working with marketing staff to develop proposals; attend presentations and interviews.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, supervising and growing staff.
• Apply established and well-defined engineering techniques, procedures, policies, or standards.
• Participate in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies.
• Coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members.
• Adhere to company standards for quality assurance and quality control as defined in the quality manual.

What it takes to qualify:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• PE in Tennessee
• 12 years of Roadway Experience
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD
