Job Title: Clinical Director

Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Description:

The Clinical Director will play a critical role in managing all administrative and clinical operations within the assigned region. This includes overseeing clinical integrity, program implementation, staff development, and financial management to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.
Ensure the clinical integrity of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Review and analyze clinical data to ensure progress and effectiveness of treatments
Supervise and mentor BCBAs and BCaBAs, including overseeing their fieldwork hours
Conduct program reviews, data analysis, and oversee the implementation of ABA programs
Collaborate with finance and billing departments to manage regional operations and meet quarterly billable goals
Respond to referral calls and manage the client waitlist
Hire staff based on referral demands and manage their onboarding and training
Lead the monthly clinic operations and oversee billing, back-office, and P&L management
Oversee the training and professional development of BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Provide regular in-office and in-field supervision to ensure high standards of practice
Organize and lead staff meetings to address clinical and operational needs
Collaborate with Human Resources and Quality Assurance to ensure all compliance and credentialing requirements are met
Handle audits from insurance or payer sources and maintain relationships with these entities
Oversee the completion of insurance treatment plans and ensure timely submission

Qualifications:
Current BCBA license
Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field is required
Three years as a BCBA in a supervisory role within an ABA setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
