Job description

We are working with a well known mid-sized general contractor as they seek to hire on an Assistant Project Manager for some of their light industrial and education projects across the local Nashville market.

This company is one of middle Tennessee's most established General Contractors, serving the area for 50+ years. This an employee owned firm prides itself on its culture and employee focuses mind set.

Description

  • Assist Running/managing a project from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

  • 3+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
