Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client in the Technology Installation Services industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to add to the team! If you are a true team player, great notetaker, and experienced in Accounts Payable, this is the opportunity for you! Boost your chances of being considered with experience using QuickBooks Desktop. This company has a lot of long-term employees, flexible hours, and an opportunity to be on a hybrid schedule once fully trained and trusted.

Tasks/Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator:

  • Credit Card reconciliations/reports (approx. 60-65 daily), ensure they are all business expenses only. CC reconciliations will be the most time-consuming task.
  • Generate reports in Concur
  • Collections Calls (very light, not hardcore, most of their customers pay)
  • Enter Vendor Statements into QuickBooks
  • Reconcile Statements into QuickBooks
  • Complete various administrative tasks

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Administrator:

  • 2-4 years of Accounts Payable Experience
  • Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Light Excel skills - Data Entry, Spreadsheets
  • Experience in QuickBooks Desktop and Online (Preferred experience in both. System will between transferring to QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online in the coming months.)
  • Microsoft Office, Light Excel skills - Data Entry, Spreadsheets

Additional Details:
Hours: Flexible daily schedule after training: choose from 6-3, 7-4, or 8-5 daily.
Location: 100% in Office with ability to turn Hybrid at owners discretion (3 days in, 2 days out)
Type: Long Term Contract to Hire This is a long-term contract opportunity (approx. 6 months) with the potential to be hired on directly. Conversion date is at the client's discretion based on candidates' overall performance.
Screenings: Candidates must have a clear background check and complete a 10-panel drug screen which includes THC testing.
