Position - Assembly Producer

Summary - The Assembly Producer will operate a press or assemble unit parts in a specified production area. This position is responsible for both accurately and thoroughly completing and maintaining all daily paperwork associated with the assembly process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong analysis, problem solving, process and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

• Highly organized and possess good decision-making skills.

• Ability to measure sizes of parts in millimeters as required and record findings.
• Ability to use a computer, especially SAP, OEE and label programs.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate all machinery.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record and hold personal accountability.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
• 12 months of related experience required.
• Must be able to read/write routine reports and correspondence.
