_Mountain Youth Academy is offering a $15,000.00 retention bonus for licensed therapists or those eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee, who meet the expectations of the job description, who agree to remain continually and actively employed at a full-time status, and who successfully perform their job duties from 11/14/2024 thru 12/31/2028. Under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director, the Mountain Youth Academy therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements for Residential Child/Adolescent patients. They are responsible for developing and writing admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats. The therapist Is a liaison with families, outside agencies, and referral sources. Additionally the clinical team member is responsible for assessment, design, structure, and implementation of therapy services to best meet the needs of patients and families. Mountain Youth Academy provides 24/7 nursing care and has a licensed school on-site.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of student continuing care and family services. This includes providing clinical support conducting interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing the student's treatment plan, conducting group, individual and family therapy.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Master's Degree and/or seeking licensure as a LMFT, LPC and/or LCSW in the State of Tennessee. Prefer experience conducting group, individual and family therapy using a variety of treatment modalities. Must be able to communicate effectively with other health care professionals, both verbally and in writing.

Supervision is provided for those applicants that are seeking licensure.
