Responsibilities: Syntelligent is seeking a Project Manager for upcoming, contingentwork supporting the Navy's HR Transformation in Millington, TN. This position is contingent upon contract award Duties will include: Manage projects and business processes. Conduct financial and data analysis. Develop and implement testing and change management protocols. Engage in system design and integration. Conduct stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. Solve complex problems. Lead business model and HR transformation efforts. Strategically manage personnel placement and distribution. Oversee personnel supply chain management, including recruiting, onboarding, and training. Manage HR programs and policies. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree. 10 years of general experience (can be substituted for years spent earning advanced education degrees), including 1 year as a manager of a project. Experience in project management, business processes, financial and data analysis, testing, change management, system design and integration, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and complex problem solving. Experience in business model transformation, HR transformation, and HR service delivery. Experience strategically managing personnel placement and distribution. Experience with personnel supply chain management, including recruiting, onboarding, and training. Experience managing HR programs and policies. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally. Mental Requirements: Must be able to mutli-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice. Clearance: Secret Online applications only, please. The likely salary range for this position is $120,000-130,000 per year. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
