Job description

• Only qualified Global Technology Specialist candidates located near the Memphis, TN area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

The Global Technology Specialist is responsible for administering, designing, coordinating, and delivering technology-based learning programs and projects for global partners.

Qualifications:

  • Technical project coordinator experience

  • Data Analysis experience

  • Experience designing and delivering adult training programs

  • Process design experience

  • Background in CRM systems

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Organizational Skills

  • Relationship management skills

  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones

    Responsibilities:

  • Learning Platforms: Act as an administrator for the learning platform that facilitates foundational learning in fundraising, operations, and administration.

  • CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM systems to manage partner interactions, track progress, and ensure effective communication.

  • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs for partners to enhance their understanding and use of technology in education.

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate technology projects with partners, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

  • Process Design: Create and optimize processes to streamline collaboration and improve efficiency in technology efforts.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess the impact of technology initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.

  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with global partners to support education and technology initiatives.
