Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Facility in Knoxville, TN. As a Primary Therapist, you will work with patients in our Partial Hospitalization Program, providing individual and group therapy sessions to help them overcome their addiction and mental health challenges.

Position : Primary Therapist

Location : Knoxville, TN

Schedule : Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:
Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients to address their specific needs and challenges
Facilitate group therapy sessions to create a supportive and collaborative environment for patients.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote long-term recovery and wellness.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist in the state of Tennessee
Experience working with individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
