Our Brands

The System Administrator is responsible for supporting field, clinical and administrative staff in the use of the various IT software and systems necessary for the successful operation of the Company and its mission. This includes, but is not limited to, helping with user problems, software glitches and new service requests. The position is responsible for assisting in the operations of the IT Help Desk when necessary.

  • Sets up and maintains data for regions/organization including but not limited to Payers, Locations, Fee Schedules, Feature Enhancements.
  • Manages and tracks, in detail, Active Directory user accounts according to policies and procedures.
  • Manages access to email system.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining IT-related items in company offices around the country.
  • Provides 1st Level end-user support and troubleshoots hardware problems pertaining to workstations, servers, networking hardware, and other computer peripherals on the LAN and WAN.
  • Installs, configures and upgrades both hardware and software on workstations and peripherals.
  • Manages IT physical inventory. Maintains an accurate and detailed inventory. Controls the movement of technology hardware and software in and out of inventory.
  • Provides operational support for maintenance of infrastructure items that affect and involve IT such as phone systems, alarm systems, cabling, electrical, internet connectivity, HV AC and copier/printer/fax systems.
  • Tracks and completes the recurring facilities tasks.
  • Maintains and organizes physical space owned by IT.
  • Provides 1st Level end-user support and troubleshoots hardware problems pertaining to workstations, servers, networking hardware, and other computer peripherals on the LAN and WAN.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science field or be enrolled in a 4-year program for Computer Science, Management Information Systems; OR related field and proven proficiency in computer problem solving through experience or appropriate certification.
