Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067

Objective: The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the team with the execution of supply chain objectives. The coordinator provides strong organizational support maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

• Contribute to the goals and objectives established by the supply chain team
• Coordinate the requisition, verification, and approval of purchase order generation for various supplies and/or pharmaceuticals
• Set up new supplier accounts
• Enter and maintain data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Provide ERP field support as needed
• Execute invoice review and reconciliation with Accounts Payable and vendors for leadership approval
• Escalate issues appropriately and handle in a timely manner

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in logistics or supply chain required
• Minimum of one (1) year healthcare experience preferred
• ERP system experience preferred
• Microsoft Office experience including strong Excel skills preferred

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel

• This is a Full-Time position.
• Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m.
• Travel is not expected for this position.
