Job Title: Patient Representative
Location: Franklin, TN (onsite)
Contract Duration: 16 weeks
Work Hours: DAYS - 8HR:

The position is Patient Account Representative, they must have experience with Medical Billing, Insurance and self-pay collections. They must be comfortable making a high volume of calls and working with computers utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and accurately with numerical data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient, personnel, and proprietary information.
• Ability to maintain therapeutic and professional relationships with staff, patients and consumers.
• Knowledge of and adherence to company safety practices.

Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification:

• None required.
• Prefer Current Tennessee Driver's License (Required for staff on Driver's List)

Experience :

• Minimum of 1 years experience in medical and/or psychiatric billing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with personal computers, including Word and Excel software.
• Significant healthcare billing experience required (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance) hospital experience preferred
• MedSeries 4 patient accounting system experience a plus
