Our Brands
The Foster Care Qualification Specialist will be responsible for answering the central foster care recruiting call line and contacting potential foster families who submit their information via online campaigns.
- Answer the central foster care recruiting call line and provide information to potential foster families with the intent to ascertain whether the family meets the basic qualifications of becoming a foster parent with Health Connect America.
- Contact individuals via multiple channels who submit an online form expressing interest in becoming foster families with the intent to ascertain whether the family meets the basic qualifications of becoming a foster parent with Health Connect America.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and communications in the agency's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the agency's marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve the agency's multichannel marketing efforts, such as developing new channels or refining existing ones.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on efforts to qualify families.
- Communicating in a timely manner with all potential foster families and during handoff with the relevant training teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, social services, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
