Lipsey Logistics is seeking a strategic and results-driven Customer Service Director to lead and elevate our customer service operations within the transportation industry. This role is responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

The successful incumbent for this role will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of customer service, operations, or similar areas of experience, with two years of leadership experience. He/She will have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, excellent skills to find solutions for customers, a high-level of determination and drive to thrive in a deadline driven environment, and a proven record of successfully leading a team.
