Description:

Set, confirm and follow up with Service Appointments. Coordinate with the appropriate Service Advisor and Technician based on the Service need and time available.

  • Work closely with the Service Advisors and learn the Technicians' skills
  • Respond to phone and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately enter customer information (personal and vehicle) and customer comments/needs into the CRM tool
  • Conduct phone surveys to assess the customers experience
  • Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
  • Acquire knowledge of services that benefit the customer/their vehicle
  • Keep up to date with recalls, products, monthly deals/specials
  • Make outbound calls for necessary recalls and warranty work
  • Generate business from manifest lists
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information of our customers
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Customer Service Experience - required
  • Call Center Experience - highly preferred
  • Automotive Experience - a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work at a desk/computer for most of the work day
  • Ability to multitask
