Key Responsibilities:

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation in line with productivity standards and guest expectations.
Monitor team performance, ensuring high-quality output and a smooth kitchen workflow.
Conduct audits of food storage to maintain quality and adhere to health and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef; hospitality experience preferred.
Culinary certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost, and wage management.
Expertise in food products, recipes, and preparations.
ServSafe Certification required.
