We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Team Lead to join our 3rd shift team. As a Logistic Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments, managing team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Supervise and train logistics team members, providing guidance and support.

Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer information.

Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues or concerns.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.

Manage and resolve any logistics-related incidents or problems.

Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics technology.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in a logistics role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.

In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, procedures, and regulations.

Proficient in using logistics software and systems.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work 3rd shift hours and overtime as needed.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
