Your contributions will help us maintain a keen eye on our accounts receivable while adhering to our established procedures and policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Craft Accurate Invoices: Generate and deliver precise Proforma invoices and invoices that make a lasting impression on our customers.

Cash Management Wizardry: Follow established procedures to process daily cash receipts and ensure they're applied to the right accounts, keeping our finances in top shape.

Adjustment Maestro: Issue credit and debit memos for sales discounts, promotions, warranty claims, and other adjustments with accuracy and speed, all while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Warranty Wonder: Prepare and apply pricing for warranty claim adjustment credits, providing exceptional service to our customers.

Customer-Centric Reporting: Issue monthly Customer Statements and respond promptly to additional reports and inquiries, showcasing your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Reconciliation Specialist: Dive into account reconciliations, researching and resolving payment discrepancies with a keen eye for detail.

Stay Ahead of Aging Reports: Prepare and review Accounts Receivable Aging reports regularly, proactively communicating with customers about non-payments and delays to keep accounts current.

Organizational Pro: Maintain meticulous records and files related to accounts receivable, ensuring everything is in order according to AR filing rules.

Closing Champion: Assist in month-end and year-end closings, ensuring all necessary transactions are entered smoothly and supporting your team with closing tasks.

Audit Ally: Provide essential documentation to support the company's auditing process, showcasing your commitment to transparency.

Proactive Communicator: Bring your positive attitude and strong communication skills to every interaction, both in writing and over the phone.
