Full time Invictus Technical Solutions LLC (ITS) is seeking a Logistics Specialist for our Shaw
AFB, SC location. The Logistics Specialist will assist with the successful operation of the
Logistics Department.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the successful operation of the Logistics Department, with
responsibilities including:
o Warehouse Operations: Ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered
according to customer policies and procedures. Foster relationships with
customers to ensure superior customer service.
o Classified Destruct: Manage the collection, delivery, and destruction of materials
in compliance with government regulations. Oversee maintenance and repairs of
destruction equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed. Coordinate the
recycling program for destroyed materials.
o Property and Asset Management: Oversee the property team and track metrics
to ensure all accountable property is tagged and accounted for per regulations.
o Mail Handling Services: Oversee mail receiving, inspection, and distribution.
o Support Program Management: Develop data-driven reports, create new
business concepts, and prepare proposals for customer submission.
o Teamwork: Perform all other duties, as assigned, or requested. Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of experience in one or more of the following: logistics services, material
management, transportation, material handling, inventory control, supply chain
management, mail, and courier services.
Familiarity with USAF logistics and current systems and methodologies.
Must possess the ability to work autonomously or with little supervision and collaborate
with higher level Logistician's to solve complex issues.
Must possess excellent oral, written, and graphical communication skills.
Must possess and maintain Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a
DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license.
Work Environment:
Typical warehouse and material handling hazards, including forklift and other material
handling equipment.
Must possess planning, organizing, and computer skills and be able to work under
