What you will do:


    • Provide ongoing support to team members and leadership team in the identification of workplace hazards, reporting and investigation of incidents, and the development of a comprehensive safety program.
    • Lead facility EH&S programs and continuous improvement in environmental and safety initiatives.
    • Support GM on claims management.
    • Assist facility leaders with safety investigation.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry standards
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local environmental regulations and policies
    • Facilitate EH&S training for all members.
    • Measure progress toward meeting our EH&S targets, safety plan objectives and Leading Indicator targets.
    • Ensure that all incident reports are reported and recorded in a timely, complete and accurate manner.

    Minimum qualifications you will need:


    • EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment.


    • Knowledge and/or experience with Title V facilities and the EPA Clean Air Act, including stormwater, wastewater and waste management acumen.
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of facilitating a successful EH&S program.
    • Ability to present and train team members.
    • Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong teams.
    • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
